ALGODONE
Algodone is a startup, based in Montpellier-France, that develops softwares, for IP vendors, to provide a better exchange, integration, security, licensing, monitoring and DRM of their IP design blocks with an immediate business value gain on their design packaging. In particular, Algodone releases a first software tool suite to reinforce the interoperability of IP integration and security in between EDA tool chains. It is interfaced today with Altera/Xilinx tool suites. Algodone received in 2011 the Emergence OSEO/Ministry of Research grant and counts three engineers.
FEELIGREEN
Feeligreen develops and markets innovative cosmetic products leveraging semiconductor technologies, delivering measurable benefits to the prospective users.
We are targeting the beauty-device category of the skin-care market, the fastest growing segment of the medical equipment market, reaching just over
$1.8 billion in total revenue by 2014.
With the feeligold innovative anti-ageing electro-stimulation patch, we demonstrated our ability to bring new technologies to market and deliver true results.
RFIDeal
RFIDeal innovation is answering two main market key needs:
- Mass production of UHF-RFID tags
- Optimized manufacturing costs
The 3 dominant advantages of this RFID technology are :
- Machine Investment divided by 3.
- Machine capacity multiplied by 4.
- Size / weight of machine divided by 4 or more.
RFIDeal technology will increase the present manufacturing rate tenfold or more. Very large tag orders will be produced at a much faster pace and substantially lower costs allowing a shorter time of delivery at competitive prices. It will decrease global manufacturing cost of tags which in turn will make the RFID solutions more attractive to users (FMG manufacturers, retail and supermarkets …).
SYNFLOW
Synflow SAS is an EDA start-up company that seeks to change the way hardware is designed. We challenge existing tools and methods by providing designers with innovative, modern, user-friendly tools that make their life easier. We founded the company in March to start selling our first product called Synflow Studio, which is Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for hardware design that represents a radical departure from the way designers work today. Synflow Studio raises the level of abstraction and aims to deliver an order of magnitude increase in productivity for designing efficient hardware. Using our software, we also design silicon IP faster than almost any other IP vendor on the market.
ZETTICE
Zettice is a spin-off from Inria and ENS Lyon. Zettice is an IP provider. Our IPs are not generic and are configured and optimized based on user requirements: target FPGA, frequency, throughput, data width and more. We currently provide more than 50 arithmetic IPs and will soon release more than 100 complex data/signal processing IPs. We employ multiple disruptive research technologies from different fields. To obtain high performances levels we optimize not only the processing cores but also data management and communication between parallel processing units and external DDR memory. We are targeting mostly financial, military, aerospace and other markets that require high levels of performances on complex data/signal processing algorithms.
